At Medichain.pk, your satisfaction and safety are important to us. As we deal in health, wellness, and personal care products, please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

Due to the nature of health and wellness products, we can only accept returns for items that are:

  • Damaged, defective, or expired on arrival
  • Incorrect (you received a different item than what you ordered)
  • Still sealed and unopened, in their original packaging

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they were faulty or incorrect.

Return Window

You may request a return within [3–7] days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

Refunds
